Have you always dreamed of catching a sea trout but never had the time, thought it was too difficult, or too complicated to start with? Now’s your chance!
You can borrow free coastal gear. Waders must be brought by yourself.
Program:
We meet at the parking lot near Thorøhuse Community Hall.
Introduction to sea trout fishing (season, sea trout behavior, fishing techniques, and gear selection).
We walk along the coast and explain how to read fishing spots, where to cast, and what to look for.
We guide and instruct participants while fishing.
We talk about wind, weather, spot selection, and continue fishing.
Practical info:
Be aware that anglers in Denmark need a state fishing license. It’s not expensive and can be purchased here: fisketegn.dk.
There is an option to borrow fishing gear for free.
The meeting point may be changed due to wind conditions (you will be notified by email).
Remember to bring warm and dry clothes and waders.
Deadline for booking is 2 days before the trip starts. If fewer than 5 people register, we reserve the right to cancel, and you will receive a refund. You will be notified 2 days in advance via email/phone if this happens.
